My family and I moved to Venice, Florida in 1983. We enjoyed raising our children in this amazing town and love having my daughter and her family back in town too. I have been a realtor in the Venice area since 2000. I have worked as an on-site realtor for new builds, and as a listing and buying agent, and have experience working with investors. I always have enjoyed helping people decide on one of the biggest decisions they ever make – buying a home. Finding the right home for their needs, wants, and lifestyle is an incredible experience for them. When not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, traveling to as many wonderful places as I can, and being with friends who have become like family.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Keaton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Real Estate. His academic background provides a strong foundation for understanding Florida’s dynamic property markets and developing strategic solutions for his clients.
Licensed as a Florida Sales Associate since 2018 and as a Real Estate Broker since 2025, Keaton is dedicated to professional development. He has completed CCIM 101: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate and is actively working toward the full CCIM designation. He has also completed the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) course, along with the required transactional experience, and is awaiting final designation from the National Association of Realtors®.
Keaton is a graduate of the Bonita Estero Board of Realtors® Leadership Academy and currently serves as Chairperson of the 2025 Young Professionals Network (YPN) Committee. He is also a member of the Florida Realtors® Global Business Committee (2024–present), helping foster international real estate connections across the state.

Sheryl Morehouse

Raised in Pittsfield, MA, and currently has homes in VT and FL, Sheryl’s interest in Real Estate started when she purchased her first duplex in 1977. Over the years she has purchased, sold, and managed her homes and rental properties in MA and FL.
Having been employed at several Berkshire County banking institutions, and a local utility company and then “retired” as an HR Assistant at the corporate office of National Land Partners – Inland Management located in Williamstown, MA after 14 years, Sheryl values the importance of providing exceptional client care.
Never actually “retiring” Sheryl pursued receiving her Real Estate license in MA in 1998 and is also licensed in FL. She is thrilled to be with the same brokerage, Bishop West Real Estate, in FL as well as in MA.
Residing in the Barefoot Bay Community in Sebastian, FL since 2015 provides Sheryl the ability to pursue her outside passions, golfing, and boating with her family and friends. Sheryl is the proud Grandma and Nana to 4 grandchildren.
Involved with the ALS Association for many years she has organized walking teams and events to raise funds and public awareness by participating in their walks every year.
